Meanwhile, in One Piece 1055 an additional spoiler mentions that Uta is a canon character.

However, what is seen in the chapter is that Uta is only in the form of a silhouette and is still small.

It's possible, flashbacks from One Piece Film Red about Luffy and Uta when they were little connected to the main story.

Switch to Momonsuke and Admiral Ryokugyu's fight at Wano Kuni.
