One Piece: Eiichiro Oda Confirms Strongest Element!

Without us realizing it, maybe Eiichiro Oda has shown us the most powerful element throughout the One Piece series. 

Then, what elements does Oda show? 

Nothing but magma. 

In the One Piece story, the element of nature is one of the things that many people take into account. 

Usually, the power of this natural element arises from the power of the devil fruit.

Each story or series may have its own view of what element is the strongest in the world. 

And consciously or not, it seems Oda did that too. 

According to him, the most powerful element in the One Piece series is magma. Why is that? 

There are several facts that support this. First, Oda Sensei's explanation in the SBS column and also the Vivrecard.

According to Oda Sensei, the devil fruit he considers the most powerful is the Magu Magu no Mi. 

This devil fruit belongs to the current Navy Fleet Admiral, Sakazuki aka Akainu. 

According to Oda Sensei, he mentioned that the figure of Sakazuki aka Akinu was a terrible and very strong figure. 

If Oda Sensei wanted, he could have ended the One Piece story in a short time, which is only one year by using Sakazuki as the main villain in the story.

The Magu Magu no Mi itself is a Logia type devil fruit that gives Akainu the power to turn his body into magma and then manipulate it. 

Because of the heat of the magma, this power can destroy icebergs or ice attacks. In addition, the Magu Magu attack is able to boil seawater in an instant.

Most Powerful Element?

The fight between Luffy and Kaido became one of the most epic things that appeared in the series. 

They really did everything in their power to beat each other. Even so, this fight is not an easy fight especially for Luffy. 

In the story, Luffy was defeated by Kaido several times.

However, Luffy's high determination in the end made Luffy get back up and continue to try to defeat Kaido. 

This ultimately forced Luffy to awaken his devil fruit powers as shown in the previous chapter. 

Luffy is completely different in that awakening form.

And not only Luffy, Kaido also issued his best technique to deal with the awakening of Luffy. One of the techniques he used was the Flaming Drum Dragon. 

The technique makes Kaido's dragon body enveloped in flames. Luffy himself then beat Kaido with the Bajrang Gun technique. 

However, there was something interesting in the attack.

In chapters 1049 and also 1050, Luffy beat Kaido with his various attacks, he was seen closing one eye. In fact, Luffy himself was barely able to withstand the heat of the technique. 

This seems to confirm that the magma element is the most powerful element in the One Piece series.

In addition to Sakazuki's Magu Magu devil fruit, and the Flaming Drum Dragon, there are also other techniques that show magma elements in the story. 

The technique that King uses to deal with Zoro, Omori Karyudon, also shows how the strongest All-Star utilizes the powerful magma element. 

Apart from confirming that magma is the strongest element, Oda may give a hint that magma will start to appear more often at the end of this series.
