One Piece 1062: Trafalgar Law To Hachinosu Island, The Rocky Port Incident Recurs

 

Besides the God Valley incident, one of the biggest incidents that occurred during the time skip and made One Piece fans curious is the Rocky Port Incident.

It's not clear what happened in the Rocky Port Incident, but One Piece fans know that at least 3 big names were involved in the incident; Trafalgar Law, Captain Coby, and Blackbeard.

Interestingly, in One Piece 1059 it is told how Blackbeard actually caught Coby after he failed to take Boa Hancock's Mero Mero no Mi devil fruit.

There is growing speculation that Blackbeard brought Coby to Hachinosu Island; one of the islands controlled by Blackbeard.

On the other hand, if you refer to the One Piece world map, then Trafalgar Law should arrive at Hachinosu Island after leaving Wano!

So, could Trafalgar Law, Captain Coby, and Blackbeard be 'reunion' on Hachinosu Island?

The Rocky Port incident itself was mentioned by Trafalgar Law to Luffy in One Piece chapter 700.

At that time, Trafalgar Law revealed that he was the mastermind behind the Rocky Port Incident, and he also named Coby who after the incident was considered a Rocky Port Hero.

It seems that the Rocky Port Incident occurred during the time skip, more precisely when Luffy and friends spent two years practicing.

At that time, Trafalgar Law who intended to become a Shichibukai gathered many Pirates there and took 100 Pirate hearts as ransom to the Navy so that he could get the position of Shichibukai.

However, the civilians who were there inevitably became involved, and Coby was there as their savior.

That's why Coby is called the Hero in the Rocky Port Incident.

Interestingly, in One Piece 1059 it is stated that it is not only Coby and Trafalgar Law who are in the Rocky Port Incident.

Blackbeard's name was also there, and seemed to be taking advantage of the situation to be able to seize Hachinosu Island.

Maybe, there will be another surprise that will happen if Hachinosu Island is Trafalgar Law's destination after leaving Wano.

It's not impossible, Trafalgar Law will free Coby and make a deal to help him defeat Blackbeard.

The Rocky Port incident will happen again, although under different conditions and interests.
