5 Islands that Appear in One Piece Season 2!
With the live action series One Piece which will present season 2, here are some of the islands that will appear in the new season. Netflix has confirmed that the live action series One Piece will get a second season. This means that the adventure continues and the Straw Hat crew will go to various new places. There are several islands that will most likely appear in season 2 of One Piece. Anything?
1. Twin Cape
However, there is a guard on this island, namely Crocus. The figure of Crocus is not an ordinary figure, he is a very experienced doctor and also one of the former Gol D Roger pirate crew who once participated in Laugh Tale. After no longer being a pirate, he decided to guard a lighthouse on the island and also guard a whale named Laboon.
Twin Cape will be the route chosen by the Straw Hat crew on their adventure to the Grand Line. In the anime and manga story, on this island the Straw Hat crew will get their first pose log or special compass in the world of One Piece. They will get information about the Grand Line, adventures to Laugh Tale, information about Crocus, and start their journey as pirates on the Grand Line.
2. Cactus Island
On these rocks there are many graves, which are probably the graves of pirates who died while on the island. The large number of tombs makes the mountains on this island look like cacti, which is why this island has the name Cactus Island. It is also on this island that the Straw Hat crew will meet the Baroque Works group for the first time.
What is no less interesting is that on Cactus Island fans will face 100 pirate hunters, aka bounty hunters, alone. Luffy will also be shown fighting on this island, but apart from the battle, what is also interesting about the Straw Hat crew's presence on this island is how they met Vivi. This island will be an entry point for various things and stories in the future.
3. Little Garden
The existence of these two giants makes everything on the island appear small, for example the dinosaurs. This is the reason why this island was named Little Garden. This island is an important place for Usopp, because on this island he further strengthened his dream of becoming a brave warrior in the sea after meeting the giants.
This island also presents an interesting story where Baroque Works agents chased the Straw Hat crew to this island, after their information on Cactus Island was heard by Baroque Works. Fighting between these two groups is inevitable. They will face Mr. 3 and Miss Golden Week. This fight could certainly be one of the interesting fights and is worth waiting for in season 2.
4. Drum Island
Drum Island will be a very important island that appears in season 2 of One Piece. The reason is, it is on this island that the Straw Hat crew will meet their new crew, Tony Tony Chopper. As previously announced by Eiichiro Oda directly, Chopper will be a new character appearing in season 2 of One Piece. And in the manga and anime, it is on this island that they meet.
Drum Island has its own uniqueness, where this island has an extreme climate, namely snow. This entire island is also surrounded by various mountains shaped like drums. Even though there are many small towns on this island, access to them is not easy due to weather and climate conditions. The Straw Hat Crew deliberately came to this island.
This was because they received information that there was a doctor who could treat Nami, who had been experiencing a severe fever since Little Garden Island. Dr. Kureha and Chopper then appear and are introduced in the story and what is interesting is that on this island we will also be introduced to one of the big mysteries in the world of One Piece, namely the Will of D or Determination of D.
5. Alabama
The last island that might appear in season 2 of One Piece is Alabasta. Different from Drum Island, Alabasta is actually a desert island where this area is controlled by the Nefertari royal family. Alabasta is also the home of Vivi and there are several cities on this island that are quite popular such as Yuba, Eramalu, Alubarna, Nanohana, Rainbase, and Katorea.
The culture on the island of Alabasta is truly extraordinary and viewers will definitely enjoy the visual treats on this island, like the film Aladdin. However, the most important thing is that on this island the audience will see how the Straw Hat crew will actually fight fully with the Baroque Works group. In fact, their leader, Sir Crocodile, will be introduced in the story.
Even though Alabasta will be an important island in Luffy's initial adventure on the Grand Line, there is a possibility that season 2 of One Piece will not present the entire story on this island in one season. It is possible that Alabasta's story in season 2 will be left hanging if you look at the first season which will only have 8 episodes. However, we still have to wait to see whether there will be any changes.
Season 2 of One Piece will likely be much more interesting and colorful in terms of narrative, because there are several new islands that have appeared, such as some of the islands above. And various important events that will shape the story in the future also occur on these various islands. Let's just wait for the island to appear in season 2 of One Piece.
