this time I would like to discuss about a manga that will be adapted into an anime in January 2024, called Mato Seihei no Slave.

Manga Mato Seihei no Slave ("Chained Soldier" or "Slave of the Magic Capital's Elite Troops"), is a Japanese manga series written by Takahiro who previously also wrote the story of the manga "Akame ga Kill!".

This manga brings the genre of action, fantasy, comedy with the ecchi genre flavored in it.

To counter the Shuuki threat, the government formed the Anti-Demon Corps, a group of elite women who have unique abilities after receiving power from the Peaches.

The purpose of this organization is to guard the gate that connects Mato to the human world so that no Shuuki tries to break in again.

One day a high school student named Yuuki Wakura accidentally got lost at the entrance to Mato on his way after school.

After that, Yuuki suddenly met a group of Shuuki who tried to attack him, fortunately Kyouka Uzen, the head of the Seventh Unit of the Anti-Demon Corps arrived on time, she was a woman with the power to make anyone as long as it was a living being as her "slave".

Kyouka Uzen came riding Shuuki that she had tamed, then slaughtered the horde of Shuuki who tried to attack Yuuki using her great swordsmanship.

At that time, Kyouka realized Yuuki's potential in utilizing her Peach power, and started Yuuki's adventure as a member of Shuuki's team.

With a bold and unique premise and theme, Mato Seihei no Slave is a very interesting anime to watch, especially if you like its combination of action and ecchi humor.

Although the source of power that comes from the "peach" sounds similar to the concept of the "devil fruit" in the One Piece, Mato Seihei no Slave manages to present this concept with a slightly different perspective, where only women can gain power from the peach.

Because of this concept, our protagonist, Yuuki Wakura, who is a man, certainly never thought that he could become a superpowered hero, until he meets Kyouka Uzen and becomes her slave.

The concept of "slavery" is obviously a sensitive topic, and a word that has a negative meaning that can trigger the emotions of certain people, but in this manga, although Kyouka is in quotes his master, but he must give something in return to the living beings he makes as slaves.

If the slave is Shuuki, then this reward can be food in the form of pork, but for Yuuki, the reward is the hidden (obscene) thing that every man dreams of, this forces Kyouka to do rather obscene things after he uses his power.
